The main purpose of the job consists of designing and developing hydraulic valves for sanitary faucet’s industry: developing the concept of the product and designing and developing its mechanical components to fulfil product technical requirements. It includes activities related to optimize the cost of production, easiness of manufacturing, quality, reliability and functionality in order to obtain a more attractive and competitive product to its intended market.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Leading the technical side of the predesign and design phases in order to create technical solutions for hydraulic valves based on the requirements set for the project, both from the point of view of product and industrial.
- Providing the different project team members the necessary information so they can perform properly the activities in their areas of competence.
- Observation of the product technological side.
- Active participation in project internal meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 or more years of experience as Product Engineer, designing and developing mechanical assemblies, preferably with plastic injection components. Inexperienced candidates or candidates with less than 3 years of experience will also be considered if their academic record is very good. You must specify in the Curriculum Vitae the average mark of all the studies completed.
- Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics.
- Computer skills: Solid Works, Cad, SAP, Microsoft Office.
- Advanced level of English.
- Availability for travelling to China regularly.
- Extroversion, internal and external costumer orientation, continuous improvement and quality orientation, organizational and planning skills, interdepartmental vision, analytical and problem-solving skills.

PROJECT MANAGER

The main purpose of the job consists of coordinating the development of components for faucet’s industry looking for continuous improvement and innovation according to the standard process of new product development, fulfilling in terms of quality, cost and time established by the Product Committee in order to meet internal and external customer’s needs.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Planning project execution and necessary resources to ensure success and market entry.
- Directing and coordinating the resources allocated in each stage, leading project team meetings to ensure a properly operation.
- Ensure the execution of the projects according to the standard process of New Product Development.
- Reporting periodically the state of the project to the organization.
- Being a valid interlocutor with customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics.
- Solid knowledge in project management using standardized methodology.
- At less 5 years of experience in technical departments and more than 3 years as project manager. Experience in plastic industry, automotive or manufacturing.
- Advanced level of English.
- Computer skills: Solid Works, Cad, SAP, Microsoft Office.
- Availability for travelling to China regularly.
- Team leadership skills, analytical skills, goal orientation, internal and external costumer orientation, autonomy, and initiative.
